Role Behaviour Analysis

This RBA can be used to match a job specification against existing employees or prospective candidates.
These can then be matched against individual or a selection of General Characteristics profiles, completed by the candidates in advance.
This is an exceptionally useful tool when looking at recruiting for a new role or for smaller businesses where the role may not be clearly defined.
