Caroline Blake-Symes, our Principal Consultant, started the Company in 1998. She has over 28 years experience in Operational Management having worked within the Retail, Automotive and Education sectors including roles at Directorship level, as well as being a successful business owner herself.

All clients’ needs are discussed with Caroline from the outset, and a clear plan of action will then be agreed against clearly defined parameters and budgets. All Consultants working for CBS Evolution, have extensive specialist knowledge, adding meaningful experience and real value to our clients’ objectives.
